A considerable number of people in the EU are voicing frustration over delayed payments from a crypto service. Many claim they have waited years, without receiving the compensation promised to them, raising concerns about transparency and trust in the system.

The Issue at Hand

Reports have emerged from various countries detailing experiences with payment delays. "Did anyone in a similar position get even a cent?" asks one Ireland-based individual who opted for a payout equivalent to $1500. Years later, no payments have materialized.

With comments pouring in from Germany, Spain, Italy, and the UK, it seems this issue is not isolated.

Voices from Across Europe

  1. Germany: "Nothing."

  2. Latvia: "Received 50% on e-Mastercard."

  3. Spain: "I got mine by Mastercard."

  4. Italy: "Still waiting for my KYC verification, nothing yet."

  5. UK: "Finally got my PayPal payout after a long wait!"

Payment Pathways

Many people are confused about how payments are processed. Notably, individuals did not receive guidance on providing PayPal or Coinbase addresses. A user from the UK mentioned, "Youโ€™ll receive a message telling you how much you're entitled to and how to receive it."

Frustration Builds

The sentiment among many commenters is largely negative, as they express dissatisfaction with the payment timelines and communication. One person humorously remarked, "Not a sausage. Still waiting for that March e-Mastercard; by March, I mean 2024, lol."

Interestingly, the lack of updates has led some to question the reliability of the service. One reply stated, > "Got a generic reply: if your KYC submission is reviewed, youโ€™ll receive instructions."

Key Points to Note

  • ๐Ÿšซ Germany: No payouts reported.

  • โœ… Latvia: 50% payout received on e-Mastercard.

  • ๐ŸŒ UK: Two distributions confirmed in crypto, with some receiving PayPal payouts.

  • โ“ "When will those waiting hear back?"

Numerous users continue to seek information on their claims, but many feel left in the dark. As more complaints come in, will there be a push for more transparency?
